Gothamist: Giuliani Officially Looks at 2008 Presidential Bid

I’m with Josh on this one: Giuliani has less chance of winning the 2008 GOP nomination than I do (at least I haven’t committed adultery); Rudy should just give me the chunk of money he will spend, and let me kick him in the nuts, because after McCain and the machine get done with him, both outcomes will be similar.
